The meaning with all type of training is for me focused on health and wellness for both body and mind. Nevertheless, sometimes the pain sneak. When I started to search for knowledge, I did found numbers as high as 60 to almost 80 percent of runners feel some type of pain or injury each year.
But still, things can be done both before and after to minimize the risk and damage.
So here I will, in time, write about knowledge, exercises, equipment and tips to minimize the risk and improve the well-being in your running.
